Our highly driven sales force focuses primarily on South Africa’s informal market, engaging with clients directly through door-to-door sales in their home language. To support this, our call centre in Braamfontein, Johannesburg, ensures that all sales are confirmed telephonically, providing clients with clear, in-language communication from inception and throughout their policy term.

While our sales take place in the field, Green Hat Team operates with structured systems and compliance procedures, ensuring that all corporate responsibilities are met with professionalism. Data analytics and reporting are central to our operations, fostering trust among our agents, managers, and administrative staff.
